We will provide exercise and training program designed to improve your balance, muscle strength, and mobility to avoid a fall. We work with you one-on-one on static & dynamic standing balance exercises/training to make sure you feel confident and steady with your balance. We focus on increasing the safety of your everyday tasks to avoid a fall, prevent from falling again, reduce the risk of broken bones and possible hospitalization or surgery.

Falls due to balance issues can be caused by a number of factors, including weakness, joint stiffness, and pain, inner ear problems, the lack of consistent exercise, or simply issues related to aging. Several medical conditions such as arthritis, stroke, MS, and Parkinson’s disease can also increase the chances of a fall.
